Our office is located in Bad Oeynhausen and serves clients throughout the Bielefeld and OWL region as well as nationwide on a case-by-case basis.

After my law studies at the University of Bielefeld I was admitted to the bar in 2011. I then founded my own law firm there and completed a Master of Law in parallel. I am a specialist attorney for criminal law and a specialist attorney for traffic law and additionally focus on employment law. In 2015 I moved my firm from Bielefeld to my hometown of Bad Oeynhausen.
Alongside my work as an attorney, I am involved in voluntary roles. Among other things I serve as an associate judge at the district sports court in Herford and am a member of the German Bar Association (DAV), the Working Group Traffic Law, the Working Group Criminal Law, the Defense Lawyers Association NRW, and the Bad Oeynhausen Lawyers Association. I speak German, English and Turkish.

Since 2013 I have worked in Bad Oeynhausen and the surrounding area on general civil-law matters for private individuals and companies. As a specialist attorney for employment law I represent both employers and employees — from hiring through to the end of employment. In all my work the client’s interest comes first — that means your interest.

Whether it concerns the drafting of an employment or termination agreement, a dismissal, a warning letter, wage arrears, a reference and similar — take timely legal advice, because deadlines run in employment law (for example after a dismissal) that you should not let lapse. In handling matters I always strive for an economical solution. Where necessary, your interests are also enforced in court with full vigour.
